HFWG Final Report

The Hedge Fund Standards were drawn up by the Hedge Fund Working Group (HFWG) and published in January 2008.

To access the foreword, executive summary and the best practice standards.

The HFWG Final Report follows a Consultation Paper, published in October 2007, and presents the outcome of the consultation along with the final Hedge Fund Standards for hedge fund managers, as amended during the consultation: 

• To access the consultation responses which the respondents allowed us to make public.
• To access a summary of the consultation feedback received during the consultation period.
• The consultation documents is available in Part 1 or Part 2.
