The HFSB acts as custodian to the Hedge Fund Standards and has the responsibility to ensure that they are updated and refined as appropriate.

The HFSB invites comments on two Consultation Papers. The consultation deadline has been extended to 18 September 2009:

1. HFSB Consultation Paper CP1/2009 on Hedge Fund Redemptions (click here to download CP1/2009)
2. HFSB Consultation Paper CP2/2009 on Administration and Safekeeping (click here to download CP2/2009)

The Consultation Papers contain a number of questions for respondents, which can be submitted electronically (Word, pdf-document) to Thomas.Deinet@hfsb.org. Alternatively, please send comments in writing to:
